When I was a little kid, there wasn't anyone cooler than Kurt Cobain. No matter what he said or did, there was an unbridled, unfiltered coolness emanating from his being. It's an impossible cool, you either have it or you don't. I've always been fascinated by those that do. Today is the 17th anniversary of his death, and I figured what better time than now to throw Kurt and Courtney up for those who may not have seen it. The documentary focuses on Kurt's suicide and his relationship with Courtney but it also tells a great deal about his personal life, from his adolescence to adulthood. It's a really good film and definitely worth checking out.
