How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays, and are usually shipped within 2 business days. We will e-mail you a shipment notification once your order ships that has a tracking number so you can track your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. No exchanges. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All sale items are final.
You must email email@example.com to initiate a return. We’ll process your return once we have received it.
Can I return sale items?
All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged.
What if I need to change my address?
Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot change your address on the order.
Why didn't my discount code work?
Please make sure you entered it correctly. If it still doesn't work, it may have expired.
What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and your order number and we’ll take care of you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal and Bitpay.
Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York.
